Office Inventory Specialist


Job Description

As a detail-oriented and meticulous professional, you will be responsible for processing and digitizing delivered office inventories. You will work precisely with provided templates, including Excel sheets, AutoCAD layouts, and photos. Your primary goal is to ensure that all data is complete and consistent.

You will request missing information from on-site colleagues if needed and create or update 2D office layouts in AutoCAD. Additionally, you will maintain the inventory structure in Excel for import and support the preparation of a digital facilities database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and digitize delivered office inventories

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Excel is essential for this role. An accurate, structured, and methodical working style is also required. You should be able to process large volumes of repetitive data without loss of precision.

A background in technical drawing, facility management, architecture, or similar fields is highly desirable. Experience with inventory digitization is also a strong plus.
