• Job Description: As a telecom expert, you will be the frontline support for our clients, troubleshooting complex VoIP issues and ensuring seamless communication across borders. You will work with customers to identify and resolve problems, replicating issues in test environments and collaborating with senior engineers and development teams.
• Required Skills and Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, IT, or equivalent experience, with a solid grasp of VoIP technologies (SIP, RTP) and Linux command-line tools. Strong problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and effective communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
