Experienced Java Developer Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned Java consultant to enhance the fraud management team of a leading financial institution.

You will be involved in the entire application lifecycle, from defining business requirements to deploying new features.

• Analyze business needs and create development plans with clear acceptance criteria.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain new or existing features, ensuring performance, reliability, and reusability.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
• Contribute to the team backlog, share best practices, and align priorities within an agile framework.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Java (8+): Expert-level skills with at least 5-7 years of recent experience.
• ReactJS: Strong expertise with at least 5-7 years of recent experience.
• SQL: Advanced knowledge.
• Spring / Spring Boot: Proficient skills.
• GitLab, Jenkins: Advanced skills.
• Sonarqube, Fortify: Advanced skills.
• Maven: Proficient skills.
• Agile/Scrum methodology: Strong understanding.
• Fluent professional English.
