Job Title: AI Business Intelligence Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact use cases for Generative AI.
• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions using internal and external data sources.
• Extract insights from data to support informed decision-making.
• Monitor AI models for performance and address discrepancies or data drift.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business) with strong emphasis on data analysis.
• 5-8 years of experience in data science, ideally in a business context.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Technical expertise in data wrangling, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, Machine Learning, Python, SQL, Power BI, and Databricks.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Language Requirements:

• English: Good proficiency (spoken, written, reading).
• Dutch: Good proficiency (spoken, written, reading).
• French: Good proficiency (spoken, written, reading).

Additional Information:

• Experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure, and LLM libraries is desirable.
