Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Business Process Analyst, focusing on logistics and supply chain optimization.

• Responsibilities:
• To understand client requirements and translate them into detailed specifications.
• To ensure alignment between stakeholders and technical teams.
• To participate in workshops and define use cases.
• To support development teams and assist in testing and validation phases.
• To propose improvements based on customer feedback and system usage to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• To act as a key liaison between business users, software developers, and project managers.

Requirements

• Language Skills:
• You are trilingual in English, French, and Dutch (spoken and written).
• You are comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
• Experience & Education:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a functional/Business Analyst role, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or enterprise software solutions.
• Analytical & Communication Strengths:
• Skilled in gathering requirements, writing documentation, and guiding end-users.
• You can switch between technical and non-technical language with ease.
