Senior Experience Strategist

As a UX Researcher, you will play a key role in driving business success by providing actionable insights to inform product development and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UX Research Strategy: Develop and execute research plans that meet business objectives and drive customer centricity.
• Plan & Manage Research Projects: Oversee the planning and execution of research studies, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure research findings are integrated into product development and strategy.
• Synthesize & Communicate Insights: Present complex research findings in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders.

Experience:

• Advanced Proficiency in UX Research Methods: Proven ability to design and execute effective research studies using a range of methodologies.
• Omnichannel User Understanding: Demonstrate expertise in understanding user behavior across multiple touchpoints and channels.
• Data-Driven & Human-Centered: Utilize data-driven insights to inform design decisions while maintaining a human-centered approach.
• Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicate complex research findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

• English and Dutch Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in both English and Dutch languages is required for this role.
