Senior Business Analyst (Back-End Migration) - Freelance

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join a customer in the financial services sector for a long term, freelance mission. In the context of a back-end migration, they are looking for a consultant to support the definition and validation of business requirements tied to an existing set of services.

The role involves mapping current functionalities, assessing business needs, validating outcomes with key stakeholders, and contributing to a smooth transition to the target platform.

The selected consultant will be working alongside analysts, product owners, and technical teams to ensure the delivery meets business expectations and that operational continuity is maintained throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Document the current service offering and related functionalities
• Translate existing processes and features into structured business requirements
• Validate requirements and proposed changes with internal stakeholders
• Identify and propose alternative solutions or trade-offs when necessary
• Collaborate closely with IT and functional analysts during implementation
• Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing on the new platform
• Track project-related risks and coordinate mitigation actions with risk owners

• 5+ Years as a Business Analyst
• English speaking
