BUSINESS ANALYST

Nexeo Belgium is looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Fraud Prevention

to join one of the top financial institutions in Belgium.

As part of the Fraud squad within the Customer Servicing and Efficiency Tribe, you will:

• Collect and challenge business needs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Translate business requirements into clear and structured documentation
• Participate in the functional analysis and refinement of solutions
• Contribute to the definition of end-to-end business processes and data models
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders and ensure validation of requirements
• Support testing activities and monitor go-live phases
• Ensure the customer experience is central throughout the delivery process
• Help coordinate change management activities and solution adoption
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum

Your profile:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven understanding of fraud detection/prevention in the banking sector is a strong asset
• Experience with modelling tools and techniques (UML, Visio, mock-ups)
• Strong analytical, structured, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written)
• Team player with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently
• Familiar with Agile methodologies is a plus
