Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in day-to-day operations.
• Analyze and optimize production and qualification processes, identifying areas for improvement to enhance performance and minimize waste.
• Develop and implement cost-effective solutions to improve process efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements, ensuring smooth integration into existing operations.
• Provide technical support for the development and introduction of new products, including conducting feasibility studies, product testing, and prototyping.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across all production processes, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks.
• Advise the organization on technical enhancements, process optimizations, and best practices to achieve operational excellence.

Your Profile:

• A Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (preferably in mechanical, electromechanical, or Chemical disciplines).
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a technical or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance methodologies and processes.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects effectively within deadlines.
• Commitment to safety and environmental standards.
• Dutch and English Speaking
