Job Title: Senior IT Access Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Access Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. As part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening our IT governance and security posture, this role will play a critical part in ensuring the effective management of user access rights within our organization.

  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Single Sign-On (SSO). They will be responsible for conducting regular access certification reviews to ensure that user access rights align with internal security policies and compliance requirements.

  • This individual will also evaluate and integrate new systems and services into the IAM framework, focusing on automation and operational efficiency. They will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of a tailored RBAC model, aligned with the organization's evolving needs.

  • The successful candidate will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure that access certification processes are well understood and consistently applied. They will maintain comprehensive documentation of access reviews, audit outcomes, and remediation actions.

  • This role requires a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to assess risks and propose effective mitigation strategies. The ideal candidate will also possess experience translating business needs into technical IAM solutions.

  • In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels. They will be a collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments.
