**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business development and growth through strategic partnerships, market analysis, and customer engagement.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in business development, sales, and commercial operations. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing innovative solutions to drive business growth.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies, analyze market trends, and identify new revenue streams. You will also be responsible for managing existing relationships with clients and partners, and identifying new opportunities to expand our business offerings.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, and commercial operations
• Degree in civil, industrial, or commercial engineering, or a master's in economics-related field
• Strong technical understanding and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and French, with good knowledge of Dutch
