We’re on the edge of launching this new paradigm of digital preservation — and we’re looking for a hands-on Commercial Co-Founder to bring it to the market.
Your Role
As Commercial Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind our first commercial success.
You’ll shape and grow the Capsyra brand, define our initial strategy, and execute it with flair and confidence. Your focus is on our first verticals: healthcare, finance, and legal — sectors where long-term, tamper-proof storage really matters. Experience in these sectors is a big plus.
Your Responsibilities
- Set up realistic commercial goals and KPIs
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy
- Further define our market positioning and target segmentation
- Build and manage our social media presence
- Launch marketing and email campaigns. Yes, even cold outreach
- Validate the product portfolio with early adopters and co-creators
- Lead sales conversations and build lasting customer relationships
- Support project follow-up and ensure correct delivery
- Capture and translate customer feedback into product insights
- Shape brand identity and fuel growth together with the founders
What we’re looking for
We’re searching for a commercial generalist with strategic insight and a builder’s mindset.
Someone who thrives in a greenfield environment, dares to try, and delivers with precision.
You Are
- Commercially driven, creative, and analytically sharp
- Experienced in B2B marketing, preferably in a start-up or early-stage context
- Independent, proactive, and idea-rich
- Capable of content creation and campaign management
- Customer-centric: you spot needs and act on them
- Ambitious, tech-savvy, and always learning
You Have
- Fluent communication skills in English and Dutch (French is a bonus)
- Proven experience in commercial roles, establishing revenue growth and enforcing market position
- Hands-on experience with, or strong interest in, digital campaigns and growth tactics
- A sharp sense for branding, tone-of-voice and storytelling
