Position Purpose
We are seeking a seasoned CRM Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a deep understanding of integration architecture to lead and evolve our client’s CRM landscape.
This hybrid role combines CRM platform architecture with technical oversight of middleware integrations between Dynamics and other enterprise systems ensuring the solution is both business-aligned and technically robust.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 CRM Platform Architecture & Strategy
- Serve as the primary architect and owner of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
- Define and drive the CRM roadmap aligned with sales, commercial, and customer experience goals.
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, and adoption across business units.
- Lead efforts to improve workflows, customer data management, and user experience.
🔹 Integration Architecture (Middleware)
- Design the architecture for integrations between Dynamics and enterprise systems, ensuring adherence to enterprise-grade standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to guide middleware development using technologies such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Kafka.
- Enforce principles like message sequencing, rate limiting, secure authentication/token management, and observability.
- Support performance optimization of Dynamics CRM via technical recommendations.
🔹 Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with solution architects, developers, and middleware integration teams.
- Oversee technical handover to development teams and support implementation.
- Collaborate on data model alignment between CRM and enterprise systems.
🔹 System Governance & Support
- Manage all technical and functional aspects of the CRM system, including customizations and integrations.
- Ensure SLA compliance and coordinate with third-party vendors.
- Maintain documentation and deliver training programs to promote system adoption.
Experience & Skills
Must-Have
- Strong experience as a CRM Solution Architect with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proven expertise in designing integration architectures and middleware patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Azure integration services (Function Apps, Logic Apps).
- Understanding of asynchronous messaging platforms (preferably Kafka).
- Experience managing SLAs and coordinating with third-party vendors.
- Solid knowledge of GDPR and enterprise data compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred
- Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or commercial domains .
- Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate).
- Background in scalable system design and cost optimization for high-volume event processing.
- Experience working in federated enterprise environments across multiple regions or divisions.
