Binnen onze organisatie zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Senior Software Engineer voor het implementeren van complexe procedures in software.

• You form the bridge between our clients and applications by implementing complex procedures in line with client input and functional analysis;
• You lead a team of developers and delegate tasks during software development;
• You configure and implement our systems at client locations;
• You analyze new needs and create design documents;
• You create test plans, both internally and in collaboration with the client.

• A relevant bachelor or master's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent by experience);
• At least 7 years of experience in a similar role;
• Problem-solving and proactive thinking skills;
• Assertive, communicative, and customer-focused;
• In possession of a valid driver's license;
• Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English;
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
• Experience with analyses such as AS-IS, TO-BE, ROI, gap analyses, and re-engineering;
• Familiarity with manufacturing or process environments (OEE, SPC, CIL, CIP, lean) is a plus;

• Membership in an organization with international projects and a flat structure;
