Airport Systems Leader

Job Title: Department Head

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Head to lead our Airport Systems team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.

About the Role:

• You will be responsible for planning, organizing, leading, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the department, including projects, offers, and related business activities.
• You will define and implement the business strategy and vision for your department in alignment with the company's general strategies.
• You will stimulate cross-departmental collaboration on offers and projects.
• You will lead commercial activities and negotiate major contracts.
• You will be accountable for technical solutions integrated into your offers and later realized in projects.
• You will define, follow-up, and achieve commercial, financial, servicing, and development targets.
• You will maximize business performance for the short and long term.
• You will lead and coordinate HR-related activities within your department and ensure cohesion between teams.
• You will develop a middle and long-term HR strategy taking into account age pyramid, competence needs, and hiring possibilities.

About You:

• You have a master's degree in engineering, industrial automation, or an IT background.
• You have 5-10 years of experience in ICT, digital, or automation environments and 10 years in project-driven environments with specific HSEQ aspects.
• You have robust change management experience and contract management experience.
• You can demonstrate proven leadership skills, including good understanding of HR-related topics.
• You have a deep experience in risk management and experiences in EPC projects.
• You have financial insights on business-related topics and P&L responsibility.
• You have commercial IT solution productization knowledge and knowledge about agile software development processes.
• You are business acumen and client-focused with a clear vision.
• You are able to work in a constructive way in cross-departmental environments and across entities.
• You are result-oriented, flexible, motivated, enthusiastic, stress-resistant, and have a high level of business spirit.
