Role Overview

As a Clinical Solutions Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing global clinical systems and data platforms. You will lead the implementation and oversight of data collection and management solutions for clinical studies, ensuring timely delivery, compliance, and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support and oversight for clinical applications and data repositories, including CTMS, eTMF, EDC, COAR, CDR, and others.
• Manage system upgrades, change requests, and integrations in collaboration with IT, following the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Lead the implementation of clinical data solutions, ensuring proper requirements gathering, vendor selection, and deployment.
• Act as a delegate for the Process Data Owner (PDO) in system documentation and compliance activities.
• Deliver operational dashboards and reports to support clinical teams in data review, issue identification, and cross-study analysis.
• Collaborate with CROs and internal stakeholders to ensure effective deployment and maintenance of clinical systems.
• Evaluate and recommend new clinical technologies aligned with strategic goals, assessing risks and benefits.
• Facilitate user training, manage Super User networks, and lead stakeholder meetings to ensure system alignment and adoption.
• Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and project management methodologies.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in clinical systems and data platforms, with experience in database management and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, innovative approach.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
