We are currently seeking a motivated Schedule Leader (m/f) to join our team. By joining us, you’ll be part of a leading company that is shaping the future of hybrid transmission technology. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Schedule Leader to build, visualize, deploy, and manage the schedules that drive project delivery. As a member of the Project Management Office (PMO) team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and with the right quality to the customer. Build, visualize, deploy, and manage the master schedule of projects, establishing and revising baselines as needed. Create and manage Level 1 schedules for program-wide alignment and controlled change management. Support scrum teams and disciplinary teams in developing Level 2 schedules for project phases, identifying critical paths, and enabling efficient action planning. Manage dependencies across schedules and support teams in integrating sub-schedules into the master schedule. Develop and follow up on tollgate planning, ensuring timely delivery of all required deliverables. Define and manage schedule risks and opportunities, preparing comprehensive management reports and escalations as required. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field or project management, or equivalent experience. ~Proven expertise in planning, stakeholder management, and leadership. ~ Familiarity with Gantt chart-based planning tools and MS Office applications. ~ Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
