Business Analyst CRM (FR/NL)

The Position

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst CRM to join our teams and work on client projects located in Brussels .

As a Business Analyst CRM , your main responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and optimizing CRM processes to enhance customer relationship strategies
• Collaborating with sales teams to define business needs and translate them into functional SAP CRM solutions
• Driving CRM implementation and user adoption within the organization
• Conducting data analysis to improve customer engagement and sales performance
• Coordinating with technical teams to ensure seamless CRM integration and functionality

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in SAP CRM , sales processes, and customer relationship management strategies
• Languages: Fluent in French and Dutch (English is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication
