What will you do?As a Solution Analyst, you’ll act as the vital link between business and IT. You’ll be responsible for analysing business processes, translating needs into functional designs, and ensuring applications perform well and integrate smoothly within the existing IT landscape.Your responsibilities include:Analysing business processes and information flows in the insurance industry (Life or Non-Life – you choose!)Translating needs into clear, feasible functional designsSupporting the implementation of new applications and systemsParticipating in testing and acceptance procedures to guarantee qualityIdentifying improvements to existing applications and systemsActing as a key communicator between IT and business stakeholdersProviding training and support to end users What we offer you: A 2-year coaching training program to build your skills in functional analysis, structured testing, tools (e.g., JIRA, UML), and business communication The opportunity to shape your path: grow toward Business Analysis or (Functional) Architecture Be part of a collaborative team, with mentoring and feedback Work on real client projects in the financial/insurance industry After 2 years, the option to integrate with the client – if it matches your goals A flexible working model (hybrid possible) and long-term growth opportunities What we’re looking for:Must-haves (or ready to learn):Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skillsInterest in the financial/insurance sectorBasic understanding of software, databases, and IT systemsEagerness to learn, grow, and take ownershipNice-to-haves:Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, JIRAExposure to testing or functional designFamiliarity with UML, BPMN, or other analysis methodsSoft skills:Team player and proactive mindsetClear and fluent communicator – English required, Dutch or French is a big plusCurious, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career with impact Interested?Are you a recent graduate or a junior profile with some years of experience?
