Scope: the global IT Departement is located in Zaventem. The entire time employs around 15 people who are helping the business of around 500 IT users across the globe.
We are looking for a motivated professional to join our global IT team and take ownership of Process Automation and Application Integration. The successful candidate will play a leading role in the further improvement of our end-to-end business processes and supporting IT solutions, with the objective to increase internal efficiencies and drive sustainable, profitable business growth.
Identify and analyze process improvement opportunities across all departments (e.g. supply chain, HR, customer service);
Translate business needs into smart IT solutions using modern integration and automation tools;
Coordinate and monitor application integration projects, including external vendors and internal stakeholders;
Ensure business processes are mapped and structured (e.g. using BPMN, Visio), and work with key users to adopt new workflows;
Bring added value by improving master data flows (e.g. syncing CRM and ERP systems);
A university degree in Information Technology, Business Economics, or similar through experience;
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
Hands-on experience with enterprise application integration and digitization & automation of business processes, preferably in an international distribution or manufacturing environment;
Business/functional analysis;
Flexibility to work and travel in an international context;
