Your Mission
As part of our business development team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and revenue by promoting our consulting and audit services across:
– Innovation financing (R&D payroll tax exemption, IP Box, public grants, innovation management)
– Employer social charges optimisation
– Real estate tax (cadastral income, property tax)
Your responsibilities will include:
– Identifying and targeting private companies and public entities
– Building strong relationships with C-level stakeholders (Finance, HR, R&D)
– Understanding client priorities and designing tailored solutions
– Drafting and negotiating commercial proposals and contracts
– Responding to public tenders
To support your growth, we offer a comprehensive onboarding and training programme covering sales techniques, client advisory, our solutions portfolio, performance tracking, and CRM (Hubspot).
What You Bring
– 🎓 Higher education in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
– 🗣 Native Dutch speaker with working proficiency in French
– 💼 Proven experience in B2B sales of high-value services
– 💡 Entrepreneurial mindset – you’re curious, adaptable, and ready to co-develop new services
