- Commercial Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive commercial growth.
- Tech Solutions: Work with our technical teams to develop and integrate innovative solutions into our projects.
- Business Supervision: Oversee the commercial, financial, and servicing aspects of your department.
- Profitability Optimization: Drive business performance through strategic decision-making.
Requirements:- Education: Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in ICT, digital, or automation environments.
- Change Management: Proven ability to manage change and lead teams through transformation.
- Contract Management: Experience with contract management and negotiation.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of over 50 people.
- Risk Management: Ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- EPC Projects: Experience working on EPC projects.
- Financial Insights: Understanding of financial metrics and ability to drive business growth.
- IT Solution Productization: Knowledge of IT solution productization.
- (Agile) Software Development: Familiarity with agile software development processes.
