About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team of technical experts. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all technical activities within your department. You will work closely with our clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy and Planning: Define and implement the business strategy and vision for your department in alignment with our overall company goals.
  • HSEQ Management: Ensure that all HSEQ standards are met and maintained within your department.
  • Synergies and Collaboration: Foster cross-departmental collaboration to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Commercial Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive commercial growth.
  • Tech Solutions: Work with our technical teams to develop and integrate innovative solutions into our projects.
  • Business Supervision: Oversee the commercial, financial, and servicing aspects of your department.
  • Profitability Optimization: Drive business performance through strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in ICT, digital, or automation environments.
  • Change Management: Proven ability to manage change and lead teams through transformation.
  • Contract Management: Experience with contract management and negotiation.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of over 50 people.
  • Risk Management: Ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • EPC Projects: Experience working on EPC projects.
  • Financial Insights: Understanding of financial metrics and ability to drive business growth.
  • IT Solution Productization: Knowledge of IT solution productization.
  • (Agile) Software Development: Familiarity with agile software development processes.
