Arbeidsverwerking Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the payroll team, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payrolls for a large group of employees.

• To oversee and ensure the correct execution of all payroll processes in line with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
• To process payroll accurately and efficiently for 300+ employees.
• To provide monthly reporting and insights into trends, overtime, taxes, etc.
• To collaborate closely with the finance department to ensure smooth operations.
• To act as a backup for fleet management tasks.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in A-Z payroll.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
