To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess:

• A degree in civil, industrial, or commercial engineering or a master's in an economics-related field.
• At least five years of experience in business development, sales, and commercial developments.
• Analytical and organizational skills to manage complex projects, understand risks, and solve problems.
