It’s track of innovation covers smart analog captive technology, exclusive design and smart restroom management to ensure that every drop of water saving counts. Target markets cover airports, stadiums, hotels and hospitals in supporting them in managing their water consumption and help them solving one of the biggest environment challenges of today.
About the Role
To support the growth and development of IPEE we are looking for a Development Manager Products and Services who shares our vision and who can further build our strategy, products and services portfolio and grow with our company. You report directly to the CEO and are part of the management team.
Responsibilities
- You develop and execute a technology, product and services strategy that aligns with the business objectives.
- You lead and support our small engineering and product management teams.
- You define the department budget and make estimates of development projects.
- You propose and decide about technological solutions and you challenge management on technical and strategic aspects.
- You monitor quality and you stimulate a ‘design for manufacturing' approach.
- You manage a good balance between generic and customer-specific products.
Qualifications
- You hold a master degree in electronics engineering with a strong basis in analog electronics, and more in particularly resonant circuit, and in data driven services.
- You have a first experience in driving the technology and product and services roadmap of a company or you are willing to acquire such a role.
- You have demonstrated management skills for small teams, experience with supervising external service providers and a hands-on attitude.
- You are familiar with agile methodologies and you have experience with Atlassian tools.
- Experience with IoT applications and data harvesting is an asset.
- You live in the Antwerp region or are prepared to move to the region and you can speak Dutch and English with the team members.
