We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrative Support professional to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

About the Role:
  • Process suppliers' invoices in SAP, including supplier creation, purchase orders, goods receipts, and archiving related documentation.
  • Organize and maintain digital and paper-based records, ensuring accurate and timely information.
Key Responsibilities:Invoice Processing:

Administer end-to-end supplier invoice management using the SAP system, focusing on efficient processing and accurate record-keeping.

Archiving:

Maintain and manage both digital and paper-based records, adhering to established protocols for security and accessibility.
