• Manage a team of Product Engineers responsible for sustaining engineering of the product portfolio
• Drive incremental improvements to the product portfolio and manage material changes, post-launch sustainment, VAVE enablement, mold tools, and consistency across products and processes
• Collaborate closely with product management, supply chain, quality, sales, and operations to support customer needs
