Senior Finance Manager - International Consolidation

This is a unique opportunity to lead international finance operations, drive consolidation processes, and contribute to strategic decisions across Europe.

As a Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for leading the Belgian accounting team and coordinating finance across European entities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring accurate reporting and strong internal controls at local and group level
• Consolidating IFRS figures and delivering key financial insights
• Introducing new reporting tools and supporting finance digitalisation
• Overseeing budgets, closings, and forecasts
• Managing audits and tax compliance across the group
• Liaising with key stakeholders internally and externally

You hold a degree in finance or accounting and bring 7+ years of experience in audit or controlling, ideally in real estate. You are fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus. You enjoy teamwork and are looking for a challenging role that allows you to grow and develop your skills.
