Job Title: Space Instrumentation Engineer
A talented and experienced engineer is required to join our team in a challenging role that combines technical expertise with strong project management skills. As a Space Instrumentation Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of space instruments and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- To define and maintain test and assembly procedures in collaboration with the design office.
- To support the development of tools (hardware and software) for our space projects.
- To take responsibility for the Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) of space instruments.
- To participate in test campaigns and act as the go-to expert for all assembly-related matters.
- To support quality reviews and perform Root Cause Analysis when needed.
- To document and report progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- To ensure that test instruments and facilities meet the requirements of current and future projects.
- To standardize maintenance and calibration routines, and document equipment and facilities accordingly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.
