Labelling Implementation Specialist

🎯 Your Mission

Be the essential link between regulatory affairs, supply chain, and production. You will ensure efficient management and implementation of labelling and artwork changes all the way through to production sites.

Your main goals:

• Update printed components (labels, leaflets, boxes, etc.) based on regulatory or technical changes.
• Ensure data accuracy across SAP and related systems.
• Coordinate communication between internal departments and external partners.
• Guarantee timely availability of packaging instructions for production sites.

🔧 Your Daily Responsibilities

• Analyze the impact of changes (product launches, regulatory updates, etc.).
• Manage printed component files.
• Update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and packaging instruction sheets.
• Work closely with Artwork, Planning, Data, and Packaging teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal and partner processes.

• Strong organizational and structured mindset.
• Proven coordination and prioritization skills.
• Comfortable navigating complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Team player, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); French is a plus.
• Comfortable with SAP or eager to learn.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is required.
