Job Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main liaison for tenants and foster long-term partnerships
• Develop and execute asset strategies to enhance value and manage risk
• Oversight of financial planning and performance dashboards to ensure strategic alignment
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements and negotiate contracts effectively
• Collaborate with property managers and external stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency
• Liaise with local and group-level management to align on key objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Hold a Master's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or Law
• Demonstrate expertise in financial analysis and contract negotiation
• Fluency in Dutch, English, with an understanding of French
• Proven organizational skills and autonomy, with ability to work independently
