Product Returns: Organize pick-up, inspect items, issue credit notes, and arrange shipments back to the warehouse.

Materials Coordination: Ensure materials are available for workshops and congresses.

Customer Files: Follow up on customer files, existing and potential clients, to ensure smooth end-to-end management.
