We’re looking for a new Team Leader to launch our new division specializing in permanent recruitment and open our offices in Flanders ! Define the division’s direction, set goals, and ensure they are achieved. Recruitment & consulting : Proven experience in management, business development , and/or recruitment , preferably in Engineering/Construction, Legal, or HR sectors. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and grow a team. Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus) &##Recruitment process Initial interview with a member of our team.
