Desktop Support Technician (Fixed Term)

Fluent in French, Dutch and English The Onsite IT Support Technician will provide technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner. Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions. Collaborate with remote support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Provide user training and guidance on IT systems and applications. Ensure adherence to company IT policies and security protocols. Assist in IT projects such as system upgrades, deployments, and migrations. Proven experience in IT support or similar role. Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop tools. A supportive, diverse and global team with a brilliant culture.
