We are a growing consulting firm helping service-based companies succeed in their digital transformation. Now, we are looking for someone ready to start his / her career and grow with us.

This role is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate to join a small but ambitious team and work closely with the company’s partners. You will contribute directly to business development, strategy, communication and operations from day one.

What you will do

• Develop new business opportunities and support client acquisition
• Manage the sales pipeline and take ownership of our CRM
• Contribute to strategic and growth-related projects
• Represent the company with clients and potential hires
• Support recruitment as we grow the team
• Boost our online presence through LinkedIn and digital content
• Help plan and execute campaigns, newsletters and events

Who we are looking for

• A recent graduate in business, marketing or a similar field
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn
• A natural communicator, both written and verbal
• Organized and comfortable juggling different priorities
• Fluent in English. French and / or Dutch is required.
• Someone looking for a role with autonomy, visibility and long-term potential
