Funding & Administration Associate

iQrypto builds advanced solutions for quantum security and quantum interfaces, helping organizations future-proof their systems against the evolving landscape of post-quantum threats. Our work sits at the intersection of cryptographic engineering, secure hardware, and next-generation communication protocols. As we grow, we’re looking for a proactive Funding & Administration Associate to support our operations and help secure public and private research funding.

You will assist in researching, drafting, and coordinating grant applications, while also supporting general admin tasks across the company. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to gain experience in innovation ecosystems, EU/National funding, and fast-paced deep-tech startups.

Funding & Grant Support

• Research relevant EU and national funding opportunities (e.g., Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, EIC, national innovation grants).
• Help prepare draft content for grant submissions (non-technical sections, formatting, supporting documents).
• Maintain a funding calendar, ensure deadlines are tracked, and follow up on required submissions.
• Assist in compiling expense reports and compliance documentation for ongoing grants.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Organize internal records: contracts, NDAs, supplier documents, onboarding templates.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, travel planning, and digital filing.
• Support bookkeeping: liaise with our accountant for document handovers, invoice tracking, and light reconciliation.
• Assist with supplier/vendor communications and basic procurement tasks.

• 0–2 years experience in a support role involving writing, coordination, or administration.
• Strong written and spoken English and French.
• Organized and deadline-driven, with an eye for detail.
• Comfortable using productivity tools (Teams, Planner, Excel/Sheets, shared drives, project trackers).
• Self-starter: able to own small tasks without needing constant supervision.

• Basic familiarity with European or national grant frameworks.
• Interest in quantum technologies, cybersecurity, cryptography, or secure hardware.
• Coursework in business, political science, physics, or engineering.
