Detailed Role:
- Manage the internal management approval process (e.g., Ringi) for OCA projects.
- Provide clear guidance to applicants on the required content and structure of approval documents.
- Review submitted documents to ensure all necessary elements are included and that alignment with key stakeholders and Enterprise Architecture standards has been achieved.
- Record the outcome of approval requests and any feedback from senior management (e.g., approved, approved with conditions, or request for revision).
- Ensure that any conditions or commitments outlined in the approval decision are met prior to project initiation (e.g., budget, timeline, team structure).
- Identify challenges and risks through information analysis and propose actionable improvements.
- Plan and schedule relevant meetings for approval and review processes based on project timelines and progress.
Required Experience & Competencies:
- Solid experience in IT management and project management
- Proficient in project planning, execution tracking, and stakeholder coordination
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a diverse group of stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Effective problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to analyze information and recommend improvements
- Familiarity with lean management principles or structured continuous improvement methodologies
- Broad knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
