About the Role
The IAM department at our client is responsible for managing user access rights on a global scale, helping reduce security risks by delivering effective and efficient access management services.
As an IAM Analyst, you will:
- Translate business requirements into functional IAM solutions
- Design detailed use cases, functional specs, and solution proposals
- Support project teams with clear, fully documented deliverables
- Identify additional functional requirements during analysis
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure successful service delivery
- Contribute to the design and evolution of IAM processes and tools
- Promote standardization, governance, and best practices in IAM
- Build strong working relationships with internal experts and customers
What You’ll Need
Technical Skills
- 10+ years in security technologies and IAM (including SoD, RBAC)
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint, ServiceNow
- Knowledge of access user management for Windows, Unix, and Mainframe
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS)
- Understanding of Information Security standards and frameworks
- Experience with process management tools and methodologies
Business Skills
- Strong background in functional analysis within security contexts
- Experience in financial services and IST environments
- Proficiency in process modeling and analysis
Soft Skills
- Analytical and conceptual thinking
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills

Language Requirements
- Dutch: Conversational
- French: Good written and spoken
