Your Responsibilities as Financial Controller

As Financial Controller, you'll play a critical role in analyzing and guiding financial performance across the business. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Forecasting and budgeting
• Communicating financial results and insights to top management
• Variance analysis
• Assisting with performance reporting and strategic dashboards for leadership
• Analyzing investment opportunities and advising on capital and operational expenditures
• Acting as a financial business partner to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency

Your Profile – Financial Controller

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or similar
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally from a Big Four or similar background
• Hands-on experience in industrial or project-based controlling
• French and Dutch. English is an asset
