🌍 Your Role at a Glance

As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for both new business development and account management, targeting small and medium-sized enterprises (30–50 employees). You’ll play a key role in driving sustainable, profitable growth in the region.


📍 Location: Brussels

🗣️ Languages: Proficiency English + proficiency in French and Dutch

🧭 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Sell innovative flexible workspace solutions to SMEs
  • Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and third-party partners (agents, consultants, real estate pros)


👤 What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in English, with excellent level of French or Dutch
  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in services or solution-based industries
  • A successful track record of selling to SME clients
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong negotiation skills


💰 What’s in It for You

  • 💸 Up to €55,000 gross/year (incl. 13th month + vacation pay)
  • 💼 Uncapped commission structure
