Senior Change Manager

We are looking for a Microsoft Change Lead for a freelance project in Brussels, BE. The position is Part-Time (4 days p/week) and hybrid over an initial duration of 4 Months, plus a high likelihood of extensions.

Contractual Details

Location: Brussels, Belgium (50% onsite / 50% WFH)

Duration: 4 Months (plus a high likelihood of extensions)

B2B / Freelance / Contract

4 Days Per Week / Full-Time

Language Requirements: English + Dutch AND/OR French Fluent

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Change Lead with strong experience in Microsoft technologies to support ongoing IT transformation initiatives. The selected consultant will help drive learning, change management, and the adoption of new digital tools within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, organised, and follow up on IT learning and change initiatives
• Facilitate workshops to introduce and embed new tools
• Promote adoption of:
• Power BI (data platform)
• Power Automate (automation platform)
• Copilot (AI collaboration tools)
• Support a culture of continuous learning and collaboration
• Ensure practical implementation of new technologies through structured change methods

Profile Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Change Manager or Change Lead in IT settings
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Practical knowledge of:
• Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot
• Organisational Change Management
• Career Essentials in Generative AI
• Certification in M365 Fundamentals (mandatory – attach with application)
• Master’s degree recognized under the European Qualifications Framework (EQF)
