Business Controller

Simpson Judge have partnered with a fast-growing accountancy and advisory group in Belgium who are looking for an experienced Business Controller role. It’s a key position overseeing multiple offices, driving performance insights, and shaping strategic improvements as the group continues its expansion.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a number of offices and create all business related reports and analysis
• Create an strategies and a strong action plan for each of the offices
• Support the Stakeholders to make these improvements
• Work closely with the digital team to increase automation and efficiency
• Report to Controlling & Reporting Director, creating a connection between the local offices and the HQ

What You'll Bring

• 7 years of experience in a finance environment with at least 5 in controlling
• Bachelors or Masters in financial education
• Flexible to travel to offices within the group
• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluent in Dutch and good knowledge of French
