The project:

Our client in the banking sector is looking for a Business Analyst IAM to join their team.

Main activities:

• Assist in translating customer requirements
• Design use cases, specifications, solution proposals.
• Drive clarity of scope and provide the project team with workable, fully-documented deliverables.
• Identification of possible additional functional requirements.
• Liaise with stakeholders to assure service delivery
• Maintain focus on delivering quality solutions, on time and to budget.
• Promote a culture of excellence, quality and professionalism through the use of standardized requirements gathering and management techniques.
• Get a thorough understanding of the Access Management domain (Security Model, Target Operating Model, Organization, Governance, Tooling).
• Actively participate in the target solution
• Establish and maintain relationships with subject matter experts, counterparts and customers involved in the access management environment.

Is this you?

• Spoken communication skills in Dutch
• Good written and spoken communication skills in French
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
• Bachelor/Master
• At least 5 years of experience in the IAM domain
• Knowledge of process management tool and methodology
• Familiar with requirements, specifications and use cases design.
• 10 years’ experience in security technology and processes (Identity & Access Management aspects, Segregation of Duties, Role Based Access Control)
• Knowledge of Sailpoint, ServiceNow
• Knowledge of access user management on different target systems (Windows/Unix/Mainframe)
• Knowledge of Cloud (IAAS/PAAS solutions)
• Knowledge of the Information Security Standards & Frameworks
• Familiar with Process modelling and process analysis
• Capable of quickly understanding, analysing and documenting detailed processes in Information Security
• Capable of performing functional analysis on security aspects across different business lines
• Professional experience in Financial Services
• 10 years’ experience in an IST environment
