The Role:

• Manage the full 360° recruitment process
• Develop and grow a client and candidate portfolio
• Work closely with team leads and founders to drive the company forward

The Ideal Profile:

• Experience in recruitment or commercial roles (junior or senior levels welcome)
• Fluent in English , French or Dutch (multilingual = big plus!)
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
