We are currently seeking an Odoo Developer with extensive experience customizing Odoo modules and developing ERP solutions using Python to support a prestigious European Institution in Brussels. 🔍🇪🇺

🖥️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customize and develop Odoo modules to meet the business needs of the institution, particularly in areas such as HR, payroll and administrative processes;
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions within the Odoo framework;
• Maintain and enhance the existing Odoo-based ERP system, ensuring performance, scalability and reliability;
• Participate in code reviews, testing and documentation to ensure high-quality and maintainable code.

📝 REQUIREMENTS:

• 6+ years of experience in Odoo development, including module customization, integration and backend development using Python;
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and business processes, particularly in HR, finance or administrative domains;
• University degree in relevant fields;
• Fluency in English (C1);
• Ability to work in multicultural and international settings.

This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence at the Brussels office 3 days per week. 📍
