Business Analyst – IAM (Identity & Access Management)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to join a leading banking/financial services environment. You’ll work closely with technical and business teams to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant access control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into clear IAM requirements and use cases
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions around access rights and security models
• Conduct process analysis, identify gaps, and propose enhancements
• Support implementation of IAM tools and solutions
• Ensure documentation, quality, and on-time delivery of deliverables
• Act as a bridge between business teams, security teams, and developers

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in IAM (Identity & Access Management)
• Strong knowledge of access control models, processes, and security frameworks
• Experience with process modeling and functional analysis
• Fluent in English (French/Dutch is a plus)
• Familiar with tools like SailPoint, ServiceNow, and user provisioning on Windows/Unix/Mainframe systems

Nice to Have:

• 10+ years in security/IST environment
• Knowledge of Cloud (IAAS/PAAS) solutions
• Financial sector experience
