General Manager – Luik Natie Campus

Following the successful acquisition of Luik Natie, we are recruiting a General Manager to lead our newly integrated campus at the Port of Antwerp-Bruges. Spanning 60,000+ square metres, the site combines freezer and cold storage, container services, freight forwarding, and a transport division. It is also 80% energy self-sufficient — aligning with Lineage’s mission to create a more sustainable food supply chain.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity with the autonomy to shape the site’s next chapter as part of our global network.

The Role

As General Manager, you will be the most senior leader on site — accountable for performance, safety, culture, and customer experience across all departments.

You’ll work closely with operational teams and central functions to deliver seamless service for existing customers while driving change and integration into Lineage systems and practices. A key part of the role is inspiring and empowering people — from first-line leaders to support teams — to thrive in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support departmental managers and their teams (100+ colleagues).
• Ensure exceptional service delivery across port operations, temperature-controlled warehousing and transport and forwarding.
• Partner with various integration teams to align systems, processes, and culture.
• Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance.
• Be the point of accountability for P&L, customer relationships, and performance.
• Use data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

You are a commercially savvy, people-first leader who thrives in complex, high-volume environments. You have the vision to lead transformation and the pragmatism to ensure day-to-day excellence.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience leading large teams with multiple layers of management.
• A strong track record in operations — ideally in port logistics and warehousing.
• P&L ownership and solid commercial judgement.
• Experience managing change or business integration.
• A data-driven approach to performance and improvement.
• Strong relationship skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• The ability to work on-site daily at the Port of Antwerp-Bruges.
