Scrum Master

iStorm has been selected by a leading top-tier bank to assist in recruiting several Scrum Masters to strengthen its IT teams. ( full time only)

Your mission :

This role is for you if you enjoy coordinating, facilitating, and growing teams within an Agile framework.

As a Scrum Master, you will be a true catalyst for collective performance: you support the team in delivering innovative digital solutions while fostering collective intelligence, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities :

• Support a multidisciplinary squad (developers, analysts, testers…) to deliver high-quality applications in a constantly evolving technological environment.
• Remove obstacles, manage dependencies, support the Product Owner, and ensure the consistency of deliverables.
• Coordinate releases, participate in Scrums of Scrums, and ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Create a healthy team dynamic: regular feedback, coaching, effective retrospectives.
• Participate in large-scale projects using modern technologies (API, Kafka, React, Cloud, AI…).

What you bring to the team:

• An Agile mindset, proactive and solution-oriented.
• A natural ability to unite and coach, with a strong focus on team well-being.
• Good mastery of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP…).
• Solid experience in IT delivery, with knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, CI/CD, TDD/BDD, DevOps, IaC.
• Several years of experience in an Agile delivery environment.
• A degree in IT or a related field.
• Good command of Dutch or French, with a strong professional level of English.
