Full Stack Developer Python (FR or EN)

The Position

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Full Stack Developer (Python) to join our teams and work on client projects located in Liège.

As a Full Stack Developer (Python), your main responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Python applications
• Contributing to technical architecture and decision-making
• Leading and supporting a team of 3 developers, providing both technical and personal guidance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product, etc.)
• Ensuring code quality and promoting best practices through code reviews
• Participating in the continuous improvement of development processes
• Developing features on both the back-end and front-end

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum Bac +3)
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in Python frameworks (such as Django, Flask, FastAPI)
• Comfortable working across the full stack (back-end and front-end technologies)
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Language(s): French or English (minimum B2 level)
• Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive
