your responsibilities

• Strategically identify and pursue new business opportunities and target clients, developing and executing innovative plans to penetrate new markets with our talent services.
• Drive the full sales cycle for new logo acquisition, from initial prospecting and lead generation to C-level engagement, complex proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Develop a deep understanding of untapped market needs and potential client challenges, strategically positioning Randstad Digital's solutions as the ideal answer.
• Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure you meet the demands of newly acquired clients.
• Establish foundational relationships with key stakeholders in new client organizations, ensuring a smooth handover to account management teams for long-term success.

your profile

• +3 years of proven experience in a Business Development Manager role, specifically within IT staffing, services, or consulting.
• Demonstrable expertise in new client acquisition and market expansion, with a strong track record of exceeding new business targets and driving revenue growth.
• Highly results-driven and entrepreneurial, energized by the challenge of winning new business and achieving ambitious goals.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a significant plus.
